The Bihar Govt. constituted Bihar Waqf Tribunal in the year 2002 as per Section-83 of the Waqf Act 1995 for settlement of any dispute relating to Waqf or Waqf properties and after implementation of Waqf Amendment Act 2013, the single Judge bench of the Waqf Tribunal has been replaced by three members Waqf Tribunal. The Bihar Govt. vide Letter No.-23, dated-06.01.2016 has constituted the following Waqf Tribunal in according with the Amendment Act. 2013.
